Reserve Program

The Baker County Sheriff's Deputy Reserve Program consists of volunteers from a multitude of backgrounds who donate their time to help our community. Baker County affords a unique opportunity for Reserve Deputies by allowing them to receive training in the disciplines of both patrol and corrections.

Reserve Deputies help our community by providing assistance in the corrections department with shift coverage, mental health watches and transports; as well as providing assistance through interaction with our community by providing security for events such as district and state basketball tournaments and The Miners Jubilee. Reserve Deputies also help our community when working with Patrol Deputies in numerous areas.

Baker County Sheriff's Reserve Deputies give back to our community while exploring the field of law enforcement through training and experience.
