The BCSO Civil Division is
headed by the Sheriff and Undersheriff.
In addition, there is a Civil Manager who supervises the Civil
Division in combination with the Baker County Consolidated 911 Dispatch
Records Department. The processing of civil papers is done by the Civil Deputy with backup from the Dispatch records department and the Civil Manager. Concealed Handgun Licenses (CHL) are processed and issued by the Civil Department. All civil process is processed by the Civil Department.
